Vwah-lah (roughly), the o takes on a kind of w or oo sound, and I don't know why, but the i sounds nothing like an i.
it means here you go, or here it is, this is what you've been looking for, this is the result, or this is it (depending on context.). Sometimes hence (or hence this) would be the best translation.

You pronounce it "Wala" in phonetical terms.
And it means “look there!” in french. But people use it often in the same way we they use the word "Tada!", its like saying "check this out!".
