There is always the risk of pregnancy yes. No contraceptive is 100% effective, and spit sure as hell isn't one of them! Just be careful, and try to practice safe sex. There is always the pill, and various other forms of contraception. If you want more advice, go see your GP, or make an appoinment at a sexual health clinic.

Unfortunately having unprotected sex always carries the risk of pregnancy. Even if the man has ejaculated sperm can seep out before & afterwards. Even if the saliva killed the sperm on the outside, more could still come from the inside of him that has been left in the tubes after ejaculation.
If you are concerned about getting pregnant consider taking the emergency contraceptive pill. If you calculate your fertile dates maybe you will find you were possibly out of the 'dangerzone' time. You ovulate approx 14 days before your NEXT period so you take 14 away from the number of days your cycle is long. You obviously need to leave a window around this time ie: 5 days in advance (as sperm can live for 5 days) and 2 days following as the egg lives for two days after being released. Contact your local family planning clinic if you need any help or advice, they will be most supportive. All the best!

spit can kill a few sperm, but is not a good birth control method, since he had already finished once, his count would already be lowered, however it only take one good swimmer to get the job done, so yes you could get pregnant, if you are really worried about it, go to your local pharmacy and ask about emergency birth control
