i don't want it to begin like www.freeweb/(etc) and where can i get stuff to edit it like graphics,a credit card paying system(paypal or somthing)just to make it cool!!thanXXXXXX

Simple answer for you : http://www.terapad.com , you can create web pages, forums, picture galleries, and even a blog. You will be especially interested in the shop feature, which comes with complete paypal integration. Best of all its totally free! For inspiration check out some of the other people using Terapad at http://www.terapad.com/net . Its easy too, I use it ! http://justindean.terapad.com ...
Now Terapad by default will give you a name ending .terapad.com BUT .... Do what I did. For a few bucks I registered a name with http://www.enom.com - http://www.justindean.com - Once I registered it it was very easy to set up my Terapad account to use the name - I just followed the instructions provided on the Terapad control panel.

You need to buy a domain(namecheap.com) and host it(godaddy.com), it does not come free
On top of it you need to make html pages and put it in your website
