The length of a pitch must be between 100 yards (90m) and 130 yards (120m)
Therefore 6 pitches would be 6 X 100 or 6 X 120yds
That is 600 or 720 yards
A mile is 1760 yards
Therefore 6 football pitches would be between 600 divided by 1760 miles and 720 divided by 1760 miles.
That is between 0.341 and 0.409 miles

The maximum length of a football pitch is 120yards therefore six football pitches would equate to 720 yards. You can take it from there knowing that there are 1760 yards in a mile.
Cant do it?
720 yards is 40.91% of a mile.
Happy or are you kidding me?.
