I thought rock was dead in the Eighties, I hated Hair Bands and Punk and Disco. The 90s proved me wrong when I heard Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots and Sound Garden. It seems like rock might be dying again now that those bands are gone but it just depends on what you like. It you don't like the new stuff at the time then it will seem like rock is dying. Of course music has to change or we would all be sick of the same old thing. It is harder these days to be a supergroup because nobody can match record sales of the past. People these days just download the music they want. Alot of the time it is just one song and not the whole album. In the 70s I would buy an album not for one song but for all of them. Also for the cover art of the album and what it had to say. Younger people today don't have the feeling of owning an actual physical collection. They just put music into a computer and thats it. Rock will never die because there will always be that young musician out there that is good enough to come up with something new but use the influences of the past to do something like Kurt Cobain did.

Yeah.. I saw it and was wondering how much money he took under the table.. what a JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Money in America.. can buy murder.. so can connections.. this has been proven with the Anna saga!!

Howard Stern has not even been properly investigated when he was the one who plied her and her son with the drugs that killed them.. Howard Stern was the supplier.. he was also present when both died.. and everything he has said since smacks of his involvment.. how on EARTH the judge.. ANY judge could allow him to walk off scott free.. without even being investigated and for him to get it all his own way.. simply proves that he had it all planned out from the start and covered his legal tracks well.. after all.. he is a lawyer isnt he..

I'm so sad .. Anna had a lot of life and despite her crazy ways I'm gonna miss seeing her stupidity.. she was the real deal.. a major injustice has been done here..

Yes I heard that and am sick of hearing the replay over and over. He used to be a taxi driver apparently, I'm in UK so I don't know much about USA judges but he doesn't sound very professional. And as for crying about somebody who basically was a publicity wh0re then the man must need his brains tested, Anna Nicole lived a sordid life and didn't really think about anyone else but herself. I think guilt caught up with her because he son died from drugs, which he probably wouldn't have taken had he not been son of Anna Nicole Smith. That's fame for you. Sorry about the rant but I watched her last interview when she appeared to be grief-stricken - but not grief-stricken enough to apply false eyelashes.

I don't know about the judge, but Virgie Arthur is becoming a royal pain in the *ss.

While I understand her position of wanting her daughter to be buried in the family plot, ultimately, who is going to pay for her transportation? There has to be a time when you have to accept defeat in a dignified manner, especially when time is of the essence.

The woman has been dead TWO WEEKS, how much longer does she have to wait before she is to rest in peace?

It would seem a sensible solution to a difficult case though. The tooing and frooing over where she should be buried has been awful, and a tiny child is left in the middle of it. If Anna Nicole chose for her son to be buried in the Bahamas, so she could be near him when she was alive, she'd most likely chose to be buried by him if she's known she was going to die.

I thought he looked like an old version of the fonz from happy days lol.
I think the sentiment is lovely and bang on. She should be burried with her son and this should never have needed to go to court in the beginning but seeing as it did i thought the judge made the right choice. Even if it was for his own selfish reasons.
This woman was never allowed dignity in life she should be given some after death.

Since when do judges cry?? People do the most horrific crimes, and I've never heard of a judge brought to tears by those crimes, so this seems a tad ridiculous. He was unprofessional beyond believe, and should get a job as an actor, since he liked playing up to the TV cameras so much.

I heard him say alot of goofy stuff. I hope and pray that any of us never have to have a judgement made by a judge as off his rocker as that dude is.

He is totally the 4th Stooge or the missing Marx Brother.
