Which pokemon can learn Waterfall on Mystery Dungeon??

from what i know all the water pokemon can't learn waterfall in this game like in the other games you only need 2 have waterfall
in your inventory pack in order 2 get into a certain dungeon for example
waterfall pond you can't get in without having waterfall in your inventory if you've noticed some of the dungeons need hm's 2 get in and some of the dungeons don't need hm's and it's a pain in the tail 2 get the hm's again if you get killed.. good luck :)
