You say: "A girl buys a cloth, which is very beautiful and cute"
or: "A girl buys a cloth that is very beautiful and cute"

They have, however two different meanings. The first means that what she did, buying the cloth, was a very beautiful and cute thing to do. The second means that the cloth she bought was very beautiful and cute.

The sentence should possibly read:
A girl buyS a cloth WHICH is very beautiful and cute.

I think that sounds better (good reasoning eh?)

When you define something by distinguishing it from a larger class of which it is a member, use that:

I picked the mango that was the ripest

Whereas when its a general case, use which

I picked a mango, which was ripe

Normally, a comma is used before which.

Which is like more of asking various choices
That is like more of telling a specific choice
