Who sings the version of "Blue Monday" that almost sounds like Bjork?

It sounds like her but I dont think its her. Help.

The original version by New Order.. it was covered by the band Orgy...but it was also covered by several other artists as well...Kylie Minogue, Flunk, Tanghetto, Nouvelle Vague, Viper, Electroset.. If it sounded like Bjork sort of, maybe it was Kylie Minogue?
