Rahul Dravid would no longer be captain in 2011, not even Sourav and Tendulkar.
The team of 2007 is very steady.
Factors helping India -
The best indian team going for the World Cup after the 1983 Presidential Cup. India has found good openers in Ganguly and Uthappa, with Sehwag in there too. Yuvraj, Dravid, Dhoni and Tendulkar steady the middle order to form one of the best middle order batting. Lower middle order of Kumble, Harbhajan, Zaheer can hit a few runs too.
As on bowling - Zaheer and Sreesanth/Munaf Patel will be opening and are not as bad. Kumble, Harbhajan and Sachin - Sehwag can bowl many spin overs between them. That leaves one guy extra. He can be employed as a strike bowler - Irfan/Sreesanth or Dinesh Kaarthick as the 11th guy. Irfan can bat as well.
It is a very powerful batting line-up, and make take a beating on their bowling lineup.
Quality Fielders are in plenty - Yuvraj, Uthappa, Sachin, Kaarthick. Fielders like Munaf Patel will have to be hided on the field.
There are all winning chances for India. India will reach the semi-finals for sure.

India has a balanced side.Warhorses like Anil Kumble,Rahul Dravid,Saurav Ganguly and Sachin Tendulkar add a lot of experience to the side.Harbhajan Singh,Yuvraj Singh,Dhoni and Sehwag are also very useful.India has a good pace attack with Sreesanth,Munaf Patel,Ajit Agarkar,Zaheer Khan and Irfan Pathan.Ganguly can also bowl pace.Harbhajan and Kumble can be used as the main spinners while Sehwag,Sachin and Yuvraj can be used as the other spinners.Robin Uthappa and Dinesh Kaarthick are useful with the bat,while Kaarthick can be used as the extra wicketkeeper if something happens to Dhoni.They also have a good coach and an efficient supporting team.If India are injury prone and consistent,they can surely win the World Cup.

Indian Cricke Team have won the world cup in 1983 and they could not win the cup till now.
I think India can win the 2007 world cup if all their players play to their potential consistently with lot of application, dedication, determination and fighting spirit.

I think that all the Indian team supporters are over confident. I don't see India doing well at all in this world cup. The best Asian side with no doubt is Sri Lanka and they have a good chance of winning. (After West Indies & South Africa of course)

ofcourse.....cause we have the most balanced and experienced team...also condition there suit us...only problem will be poised by West Indies....yes, not by Australia...since Australia's downfall has started...so, if we can go through WI definitely we will lift the cup......!!!
