It probably hurts cause you're constipated. It the turds are hella dry and real hard. You can guarantee that it's gonna cause some pain, possibly even some bleeding, from the force of it pushing through. Lately when I drop my kids off at the pool, it's not as relaxing as it usually is. Need more fiber.

Taking a dump hurts when you've had very little water, too much anol activity, or not enough fruit.
Try less anol. Eat more fruit. Drink more water. And if the problem persists, immediately consult a pro medical opinion.

Pls see your dr about this. It is not normal to have pain when having a bowel movement. And because you feel like there is blood there this needs to be evaluated by a dr to check to see what's going on such as from a hemorrhoid or something else.
