Why can't matty m spell orconstruct a proper sentence? Does it have to do with his IQ?

Color makes no difference when it comes to intelligence, let alone reading habits. White or black, it's still the person who makes the choice of reading. Most people nowadays denigrate reading as unecessary and boring. And this happens on a world-wide scale, not just in "colored" cultures.
Why don't you watch "Street Smarts"? You'll see how lacking in common sense the average WHITE Joe can be.

There are some of the smartest and most intelligent African-Americans in this world. In fact, it was an African-American who invented the stop light. What I would really do first if I were you is to investigate the things who say before allowing thousands of people around the world to read your statement because they may question your own IQ. It make me Wonder who have the lack of education.
I never seen anyone face or race who is actually a color person, red, white, blue, green etc....I never met a color person! My intelligence shows that God have not created such an usual race of people.

Not that I want to agree with you or even do agree but you are correct in a certain way
Statistically Black people (boys in particular) don't do as well as White or Asians in School and exams, however that doesn't mean they are all thick or any of them for that matter and to be perfectly honest I think these polls schools take to gain their Stats are stupid and only help to breed stupid racist idiots like you!
