I wake up at 05:00AM in the morning just to play RuneScape until 12:00PM and start watching videos on YouTube! until 02:00PM! I try to stop myself but I just can't! What should I do?

Run Escape??? you suck! jk I mean run escape is no fun at all. Try http://gunz.ijji.com/ it's free and wayyy better than any other games. well, have funxD. oh, sorry that wasn't the answer. you can't stop watching youtube and playing run escape? well, you'll get bored if you play a lot. don't worry.

i don't know RuneScape, but I had the same problem with YouTube, and still have a bit of a problem with other sites where you can watch videos on line... but I think that's because you're bored (I'm supposed to write my thesis now, which isn't fun, so I'm bored too...;))
But maybe you should try finding another hobby, a more physical one. I started running 3 weeks ago with my sister, and I feel really great and healthy when I come back, although we don't run much. What also helps: reward yourself when you have not been watching youtube for a day, or half a day, by for instance baking pancakes or something other fun...
And if that doesn't completely help: a few videos on YouTube are not so bad, as long as you don't sit there all day ;)
