For many hundreds of years, since the creation of the nation state, it has been been considered a normal, if not essential requirement, to protect ones borders from illegal immigrants. I don't think that requires any further debate.

However, as regards Britain, our current Government isn't interested in protecting the Nation State (Britain) because it wants to hand us over to a Federal States of Europe. So, as far as they are concerned we don't have a border, particularly as regards other European countries. Hence the term 'migrant', which subtly replaced the more correct term 'immigrant'.

The Government are far more concerned with spreading their left wing agenda, which recognises no borders. Thus, they have tried to impose the failed social experiment 'Multiculturalism' onto us. This is because the tradition and culture of this country has been subordinated to those of minority immigrant groups. This is part of the tyranny of the majority by empowering various minority groups in society.

To answer your question directly, it is, yes, if you want to destroy your country, and behave unpatriotically contrary to common sense and precedent. If you want to protect and nurture the Britain that we knew and loved, you control immigration, according to need, as we always have done. Moreover, given the huge population of Britain relative to its size, and the ability of essential services to cope, that process should have been tightened, not completely abandoned.

It all depends, therefore, on whether you are a normal patriot or a traitorous 'lefty'.

No I dont think we shouldn't just let anyone in. I think the best thing the UK could do is get rid of that pesky channel tunnel and bring in borders, that way it would go some way to helping solve the human traffiking problem and reduce the amount of illegal immigrants coming in.

We do let anyone in,because whenever any one tries to stop them, all the do goodies crawl out from under their stones and say, you have got to let them in so that they can rape and murder us,and it is an infringement of their rights if they are not allowed to do so,and all the time we take notice of the do goodies nothing is ever going to change.

If you're american, then of course it's wrong to enforce them. If you're from anywhere else, then you're just protecting your national sovereignty. Or so the corporate types and illegal alien lovers would say.
