The thought of minimising is not going to help. Rather 'Zeroing down' may be the direction from all statutory authorities. Adequate rewards must be introduced for Inspectors and punitive actions should be on time-bound prospect. There should not be any interference from any corner. Only the Hon'ble President can review any decision with the help of Supreme court. India's major problem is illiteracy which is also adding hardles to curb corruption. Hence the 'Q' is' Who' is to do it. And the 'A' is 'WE'.

The only way corruption in India can be minimized or reduced is for one, to increase the number of ppl that vote. Other ways would be to help the ppl be more educated and informed as to who is actually corrupt. The problem with India is a lot of ppl believe the entire government is corrupt... tough to fight against that.
