I don't remember anything, but my brother once ate a brown crayon coz he thought it was chocolate.

Squirrel. The neighbor lady that babysat us after school always made squirrel, and since mom didn't get home until late from work, we had supper at their house. It was squirrel three or four times a month. YUCK!
I guess the weirdest thing I used to voluntarily eat was soy sauce sandwiches. :)

Dirt! There was something fun about eating a mouthful of dirt. The kids, in my neighborhood, were also too poor to buy chewing gum so we would also get a stick and dig into bubbly, soft tar on the roads and chew it.

I remember playing and experimenting with my food.
These are some of the things I come up with
Peas in ice cream,
Mashed potato with chocolate sauce.
Apple and cucumber salad.
They sound bad but they are really nice.

I loved liver! I also ate a lot of kielbasa, hand fulls of liverwurst and kishka (pig's blood sausage). My grandparents were Polish/Czech and they fed me a lot of that stuff.
Oh, and cherry flavored chapstick. I also used to suck on those markers that smelled like fruits.

Sand, potato chips soaked in koolaid, and butter & lettuce sandwiches. I was a finicky eater!

I can't remember anything personally, but I do remember daring my sister to eat cat biscuits... which she found she liked, and then continued to nibble on when noone was looking xD
