I recently had to have a form (declaration) legally signed by a Commissioner for Oaths. Local solicitors usually have a partner who can do this for a fee of £5. Should you need a magistrate then your local court office will put you in touch.

Make enquiries at your local court, and check that you definately need a magistrate or could a solicitor do it for you, it won't cost a lot, usually £7 -£20.

simply , you don't a solicitor will act and take an 'oath', shouldn't cost more than abot £10
