Why hasn't Dave been fired yet!?

He's had at least 5 no-call no-shows, he falls asleep at work, he's messed up countless jobs (at a commercial Kinkos), and he's yelled at pretty much everyone but me at one point or another. I thought he wouldn't mess with me, but tonight he turned off my cd because there was too much yelling, even though it was my night and the lyrics were fully appropriate. Sorry, really this is a rant.

Is he the bosses son-in-law ? Does he have a good line to the boss.

Because Dave rules if he's being mean to someone who would write something like this on yahoo answers. He reall does kick a ss
