I took a good fall 2 days ago. I have been in pain off and on since. I have been to the hospital. 6 times yesterday and I just got back from the hospital. They say I'm not in labor and my water hasn't broken and I'm not bleeding or anything but I'm in pain. Regular pains. 5 or 6 times an hour these pains come lasting 8-9 minutes apart. What is going on?!? This is my first baby. Please don't be rude!!!

I would call your doctor! There is something going on there, that needs to be addressed. I do not know how far along you are, but if you aren't happy with the answers you are getting from your doctor, go to the hospital.
Every pregnancy is different, I have had 3 babies, but I cannot (nor can anyone else here) even begin to know your situation. My concern is the the regularity of the pain.
Good luck Hon, for you and your new baby!
P.S. Your water doesn't have to break for you to be in real labor. :)

Sounds like Braxton Hicks. If there was ANY sign of distress or problems you would be in the hospital now. Pay attention and keep timing you pains. At about 5 minutes apart consistently it may be time to go have that baby! Good Luck and dont worry. You and baby will be fine!

How many weeks are you? Have you had a scan on any of your hospital visits? I'd be concerned if i were you unless your babies heartrate & movements have been monitored during your hospital visits & considered normal. If you are in early pregnancy then i guess there is nothing the hospital can do, if everything seems normal, except wait & see how things eventuate. Just take a rest, keep yourself well hydrated & take some Panadol. Keep going back to see a doctor if you remain concerned.

the baby may just be laying in a awkward positon or it could be you are having bracston hick contractions when you go into labor you will know, when u start having contractions i suggest u stay home eat, definitely eat, and rest when the contractions get so bad that you cant talk thur them and u are ready to kill the closest person to u then it is time to go to the hospital this is a very uncomfortable time, but since you have already been to the hospital and they keep telling you that u are not in labor then dont worry it is ok. i have had 3 so i have been there before just trust ur body you will know when to go and since this is your first child you will have plenty of time.

You could be, it could also be braxton hicks. The best thing to do is wait and see when they pick up, which should be 1 every 5 mins. Then it is time to call a midwife. Before that, make sure you get plenty of rest, stay well nourished and take in plenty of fluids. It is important to be as fit as you can be by the time it becomes more intense, but mind you, this could well be the start of things.
Good luck!
