To attatch pictures your need to install the activex but when clicking on install it comes up with 'This page cannot be refreshed without sending the information again, pls press Retry.
Its not letting me retry even when clicking on install under the browser address bar.
Pls help and send me a direct link to download from a website. Ive looked but there are too many, i dont know which one to use.

First of all, you need to make sure you're using the latest version of Internet Explorer (to download version 7, please go to http://www.microsoft.com/ie ).
Secondly, go up to Tools and down to Internet Options. Click on the Advanced Tab and click the 'set to default' button at the bottom.
These should enable you to download the ActiveX control from Hotmail.com
Lastly, you're not going to find that control anywhere else but hotmail.com so don't let anyone trick you into thinking otherwise.
