u planned to play 6 but didnt play
and the 4 games u and eric played was draw
otherwise u played with someone else and u and eric r the same

You either played different people and both won 4 from 6 or played doubles against another couple and won 4 from 6.

I suppose two matches were draw and the mystery of 4 games is that games won by you and eric together counts 4
