Yes!!! These are especially helpful during the warmer seasons with helping you stay cool. The baby is in it's own little sac and by the time the nutrients from these substances reach your infant they are well above the tempeture at which they were consumed.

in limited amounts...fresh is best but... the same when ur not pg treats are ALWAYS good for u
Just remember the baby will arrive a certain weight regardless and how will your body cope with too much "junk (trunk)" food
