wow i would delete this question, im a nice guy and im tempted to tare you down lol. there are about a billion people who want to be in the league, just keep workin hard.

enrol him in a high school in the U.S. If he is really that good, he should easily make varsity on the basketball team. Then, if he plays good in games, then colleges will recruit him and NBA scouts will look at the college athletes. If he is THAT good, NBA scouts will notice him and draft him into the NBA. This process will take several years, however.

Who would ask a question like that sure odom is fine but kobe is on of the best players in the NBA odom is on one the average kobe has a better average of points. You never here of odom anymore and this is the time where games really start to count. In my opinion kobe.

join a professional league in Hong Kong and hope that scouts see him play.

You have to give the kid exposure. Bring him to the United States and enroll him in a school. It's not likely that scouts will visit HK.

If he's really that good, ask him to play for China and win the Olympics or send him to NCAA Division I school to get better exposure.

BUT...theres a problem..
EVERYONE else in the WORLD wants to also play in the NBA...so you have to be REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLLY REALLY FREAKISHLY good....so good luck...
