Yes the weather is changing and yes this year has been colder than average however, weather is cyclical and can be affected in a verity of ways. Water vapor is a huge greenhouse gas which is caused naturally. The planet has been warming since the last ice age and there is absolutely nothing anyone can do about it. It would be a kin to trying to stop eventual end of our sun and solar system.

I find it hard to believe that global worming is changing the weather so bad in such a short time. I think human has a big part to do with it, I don't know what though, probably some experiments, etc
I heard that the big tsunami 2-3 years ago was provoked by humans ...

no! it's because of the greenhouse effect caused by ejection of smoke and chlorofluorocarbons that thin the ozone layer which protects us from the UV rays and carbon dioxide is trapped inside thus making the temperature increase.
