I am a restaurant asst. mgr (I'm 23)..and I was at a certain location for 2 years, it was the first store I managed after I got promoted so, I have very strong feelings about it. It kind of holds a special place in my heart(the employees, the other mgrs etc). About a month ago I got transfered to a different location which , yes..is weird and new but to take my place at my original location is a brand new-fresh out of training mgr. I've heard recently from other mgrs that work there that he has been very unprofessional and 2 female employees have come forward to say that this mgr has kissed them, and said seemingly inappropriate things to them(and these girls are both ages 18-20 and the mgr is almost 30)..and I feel that now that now that i'm gone that these terrible things are happening there and I just worry about the store. I know its not my location anymore. .but I can't describe how bad I feel. Its not an option for me to go back there. How would you feel.

This idiot needs to be reported for sexual harassment. Encourage your former colleagues to report him, going up the chain of command if necessary. They cannot be fired for that. It's not your fault that this jerk is acting this way.
