Despite the marketing hype and advertising claims, hoodia diet pills will not result in rapid weight loss. If it does, it will only be water weight and won't last long.
Hoodia gordonii contains a molecule called P57. This molecule tricks the brain into thinking it is full. All hoodia diet pills do is suppress appetite. They don't burn fat or magically melt the weight away. The idea behind them is that if you feel full, you'll eat less. Thus, you'll lose weight.
For hoodia diet pills to be effective, you really need to incorporate them as part of an overall weight loss program. They are only one small piece of the "weight loss puzzle." The other pieces are diet and exercise.
If your goal is rapid weight loss, don't spend your money on hoodia diet pills because you'll be disappointed. However, if you need an effective weight loss aid that will help you lose weight gradually over time, then they can play a useful role.

I just started taking it, I hope it works! The guy at the health food store said to make sure to buy a reliable brand, he also said that the liquid from is much more potent than the tablet/capsule from, and it gets into you system right away. The only drawback of the liquid is the higher price.

You need to do cardio exercise in order to burn fat. Anything that will get your heart rate up for at LEAST 30 minutes. Walking, running, swimming, biking, etc. Ab exercises are good , but if you have fat to lose you won't see the results of your ab workouts.

i tried the product when it first came out on the market , i bought it from the company they had shown on 60 mintues, it worked after 30 days of use. but because i have a thyroid condition i had to take longer so my botrdy would get used to it .. but dont try Trimspa it no good.
