Before the online games and online videos etc used to work perfectly, and now all of a sudden they have stopped working. Whenever I want to see an online video just a screen appears with a cross on its top-left hand side. Any reason? How can I solve it?

Plugin problem!!! Install Flashplayer and QuickTime plugin from their respected websites. Also install WMP and its codec(dwnld K-Lite codec mega pack n install).

Have you tried using diffrent video players? If it is Windows Media Player check to maker sure you have the newest version (11 i think)
If you do, maby try to reinstall the old version (10)
Also you could try this first go to www.java.com and make sure you have the latestjava installed.
Im just guessing if you could let us know what program is loading the video/game I might be a little more help..

May be problem with Active X or Flash Player.
Please download latest flash player. and also download jre(java run time environments).
