Who gives a crap. They love us when they need us to save their butts from tyranny or some natural disaster. We never ask for anything in return. They can kiss my red, white and blue azz.

In terms of general populations, the vast majority of peoples in ALL countries of the world disagree with USA foreign policy.
The governments that do not support USA foreign policy are those which can no longer be bribed or coerced.
The majority of populations do not "hate" Americans, rather it is the US government which is despised in its arrogance (and the perception internationally of what America has become)
America has lost respect for the rest of the world and the rest of the world has lost respect for America.
Gone is the reputation for fairness, honesty and justice and freedom.
I believe that US is in the final throws of empire, overstretched and racked with debt, (even the US dollar is fast losing its status as the worlds anchor currency).
In 25 years America will be irrelevant in terms of world power as Asia asserts its economic and military power..
Hate is a strong word and is best reserved for those massive numbers of innocent populations which have been wiped out by American military aggression over the past 5 decades.
The nation which helped to bring freedom to millions has now become the enemy of freedom, an oppressor, an international bully.
America has become all that it had despised.
Perhaps rather than "God bless America", ....God save America (from itself) would be more pertinent.

i think mostly don't like the foreign policy as well as government and not Americans.myself, i believe that American also don't like whats happening now. sending their family member to other country for fight. sometime i just don't understand why we should disturb others home when we also have so many problem's to face in our place. finally, I'm not hating anyone because i believe human have heart to feel and mind to think. I'm sure if Bush foreign policy is OK there will be peace.without hating each other

I'd say somewhere around the region of 95%. The only ones that don't are the Americans themselves. I particularly liked the quote I heard on the news today from the American government that went something like "terrorists are evil empire-builders". How ironic :-)

Not as much as the news media would like you to believe. If that much of the world hated us why would so many people still want to come the USA?

Well, vast majority are starving nations with no particular feelings toward America. So it will have to be pretty small percentage in reality.
