I once had an invasion of the body snatchers type of nightmare, but instead of sleeping to become taken over by the aliens, they only had to touch you. I spent the whole nightmare running from everyone to avoid being touched.

While in the throes of a high fever, I once had an unstoppable dream that I was trapped forever in a high-speed video/pinball game, kind of a Sonic the Hedgehog-on-acid experience. Absolutely terrifying, because everytime I slipped back to sleep, I'd be there again...

This was when I was a little kid.
It started out that the story from the book "Where The Wild Ones Are" was sort of being projected onto my bedroom wall. Then one of the "wild things" jumped out of the wall and onto my bed. He's standing at the end of my bed and he says "I'm going to get you" and started creeping towards me. Then I woke up screaming. It was really freaky because it seemed so real since the setting of the dream was my own bedroom.

Woke up to the sound of screaming, ran to the bedroom window looked out and there is a car speeding toward my apartment. A girl is strapped to the front bumper. I lock eyes with her. The car keeps getting closer. I can see the sheer terror in her eyes. The car is about to hit the wall. POP I wake up for real. Freaky huh?

It wasn't on the beach! lol I was driving on a bridge over water and my car went off the bridge and into the water. I struggled to get free. I don't remember if I did or not because I woke up. To me that was a nightmare!

Being kidnapped and sexually tortured by Oprah in the back of a white Chevy cargo van. It involved an anvil and a ball peen hammer. I woke up in a cold sweat.

My only child died while at school. He was dressed in his snowsuit and waiting in his desk for me to pick him up, as usual, and when he didn't come running to meet me the teacher and I went to see if he was asleep - he was dead. I woke up with tears on my cheeks, and wept unconctollably for another solid hour. I will NEVER forget that nightmare, or how it made me feel.

That I was in a war and trying to help a friend that was seriously injured. He ended up dying in my arms, blood everywhere! It felt so real, I was in a daze for the rest of the day!!!!!!

I dreamt that I had sex with my brother. Totally disgusting. I didn't know why I dreamt so. He's one of the person that I really feel nothing to.

when i first saw the movie "it" i dreamt that i was going to be killed by clowns every night for about a week. i couldnt even touch makeup.
