I had cramps too, with my first pregnancy, I was so worried. Its your body adjusting, I presume they only last for a few moments.I think you'll find this happens with a lot of pregnant women.

Dont stress, relax, but tomorrow call your doc and make an emergency appt. Ask if you can come in the morning and wait for a no show. Or go to urgent care.

i have a 7 and 8 yr old girls had cramps with both. sometimes its your body telling you something there that wasnt there before. you may be getting a little stress also and thats how your bodys telling u. cause i was and didnt know it. when i was in labor all i had with the 1st one was like bad labor pains. so the best book i got was "What to expect when you are expecting" it was like a bible for me. and also good luck hope all goes well with you and your little one!! :)

Re. "There is always the ER" -- yeah, and there's absolutely nothing they can do for that sort of thing. If you're miscarrying, at 7 weeks, you miscarry. But.
Bad, bad cramps? Or just, well, pains?
The latter are thoroughly normal. It could be gas pains ('Gas-X' is reasonably safe to take), or ligaments getting stretched out.

Being pregnent comes with alot of weird twin gs and unexplainable pains as long as you are not bleeding you are probably okay

i know how you are feeling i had cramps with my other 2 pregnancies is normal its just your body stretching (ligaments) if there is no bleeding then try not to worry

i had horrible cramps from about 1dpo til 7 weeks. they'll go away slowly..its just your uterus stretching.

my sis also had these carmps through out her first pregnancy....she consult with doc and there was nothing to worry about ..doc said its part of pregnancy for some women...u also shuold counsult doctor....
