I put original pads from acura and still make noise when breaking.
in from breaks only.

if there is smoke with the noise then the caliper is stuck, if the rotor was warped and you put new pads it would cause that noise. must replace the rotor. make sure you put pads in correctly.

Have a mechanic check to see if the rotors need adjustment or the calipers are not sitting right with the rotor.

if it checks out ok , good rotors , proper install , it could be the high metallic compound in the pads , they sound terrible but work fine.

sounds like you need your rotors serviced cause when they get dirty they make all sorts of squeaks, and scratching sounds when you put new brake pads on but dirty rotors...
