I want to purchase westlife DVD "where dreams come true" and can only find it on ebay, which you need master card,visa amex discover or check which I would rather not have to get

you should be able to open a paypal account with it and pay with it that way. I don't know all of the requirements but i used a prepaid with paypal for years. I finally cleaned up my credit, but i still use that re-loadable card on-line through paypal for security reasons.

i don't know what a "prezzy" card is but like you i don't like to give to much personal info over the net even though my pc is set up to not hold that "kind" of info.
i regularly make purchases with a pre-paid visa debit card and have never had a problem with purchases of any kind including one that is revolving(incuding the carrying charge on card itself). but i must say i have not used it on ebay. if it's a site you trust give it a try,it can only be rejected. try amazon.com also. good luck with your purchase

yes you can, I have one just for company purchases. I use it for everything and I only put the amount that I need and no more. Some places have tried charging me twice or more for the product, this eliminates that issue and hassle of fighting to get your money back. Definitely the way to go IMO. Mines a checkfree pay or something like that.
