Yeah Go to Guy SPAM helps you lose weight but you gotta eat SPAM LITE or regular SPAM using only 1 chopstick! lol

Its all bullshit. nothing can bring ur weight down except exercise and liposuction . and all that u loose in dieting , u pay up in hospital bills. so dont diet just workout. and dont be lazy.
