I got so angry to my director. I make a animation about advertising but he didn't show to my boss and our customer. I over work for this animation but I don't understand why he didn't show to anybody.How should I behave in this time to my director.for example I decided to don't make a good design project if he wants,

Since you are in the advertising buisness why not start selling your ideas to other companies ? There are heaps of companies willing to pay top money for new and interesting ideas. Anyway when you are working it is for the monetary gain and satisfaction of work correct?

Despite what has happened, try to put in your best efforts. If it is still now shown or appreciated, you will get true satisfaction from your creation. One day you will be appreciated for your efforts.
