what it takes to open a PO box business?

I am thinking about buying a watch repair shop. I would like to buy the shopt and add extra services to it such as po box and copy machines..etc.
Who can I talk to to get those po boxes to my shop? I prefer that my customer get a street address than a po box #. How does this business work?

You have to get a bank of Boxes, which you can probably buy on Ebay for a few hundred dollars.

Then, you will not be able to use PO boxes, because you are not the Post Office.

You can either name the numbers "suites" or just get a big stack of mail and sort it yourself.
