One reason a person would not be employed is age, another is education, another is economic opportunity. lack of skills, money, school.

The root cause of unemployment is a desire to produce goods as cheaply as possible, and this in turn is driven by a desire to make as much profit as possible. Hence companies move jobs offshore, to countries where the cost of living is less, and this in turn means they can produce goods for less, whilst selling them for the same - thus making more profit. This applies equally to services and goods.

So global capitalism will always produce unemployment, even though this is not really necessary, always in the name of profit.

The poorest people are always the ones worst affected. Because of a lack of education they are unable to take jobs other than those that are low paid, then they become exploited, and fearful of losing what they have.

I am unemployed but I know it is not a matter of lack of education or experience. So some this may be the case for other like myself it is not. I personally live in a very small community that offers very few opportunities therefore making it very hard for me to get something I am capable of doing.

BEFORE COMPLETING GRADUATION, WE SHOULD DECIDE THE CAREER PATH ON WHICH WE HAVE TO MOVE. THEN REGARDLESS OF THE MONETARY BENEFIT, WE SHOULD CONCENTRATE ON GETTING BETTER EXPERIENCES IN VARIOUS ORAGNISATIONS WITH UPDATING OURSELVES WITH THE RELATED KNOWLEGDE. SECONDLY WE SHOULD ALWAYS MOVE ON THE SAME TRACK, MAY IN LINE OF ACCOUNTS, HR. ENGINEERING, PHOTOGRAPHY ETC. FREQUENT CHANGES IN THE CAREER TRACKS OFTEN CREATES PROBLEMS IN TERMS OF GROWTH. NON ADHERENCE TO THIS IS A REAL REASON BEHIND LITERATE UNEPLOYMENT.
