Both.

In many respects, NEVER implies a state of non-existence which says: "This won't happen no matter what."

FOREVER implies a state of eternal hell and a sense of crushing misery.

Basically, it's saying: "I am neverending and you are *small* and insignificant."

(But if you're immortal like ME, then you can laught at both without worry--and go back to eating Cheetos at a leisurely pace.)

Forever

Hm.. I'll stand by Never for this one... now.. to explain it....
Forever goes on and on ad infinitum (yes, i probably spelled that wrong). Never means that something cannot be. I think there's a hole in my logic here, but i think Never had Forever beat out on two accounts.
1. Forever has a starting in most cases. For instance if someone says that a marble will last forever, then the marble would only have begun lasting forever as of when it was created into the marble. If you were to say a marble made of hope never existed and never will, you would be saying that the marble of hope didn't exist previously and will not in the future.

2. Forever follows on as time progresses. Forever is a has been going on longer now than when you began reading this sentence. Never has no relation to a timeline and reaches to either end (for and back) no matter where we are on that timeline. There is a problem with the past tense "has been forever" or even "shall be forever" but.... i don't ignore them... I'm just unsure how to defeat them... or even if they defeat me to begin with..

3-ish I also just thought that even if you say that something will never be even though it once was, for instance if someone will never be living again, this would still be longer than saying the new status is forever, for instance if someone is forever dead.
Both would begin at the declaration of the death, but Never would reach past the present and Forever would stop at the present making Never longer.
I think this third(-ish) point may be a tad weak, but oh well.

So then... I still stand by NEVER. A point for pessimism, perhaps?

Ever hear the expression "NEVER SAY NEVER". That said I would think never lasts longer. But hey, Forever means eternally, so take your pick. Maybe forever is longer. Who knows, and why do you care? We will all find out eventually which one lasts longer, if we live long enough.

They both last equally long. Forever goes on forever and ever. Never means it will never happen ever. It sounds like which one seems longer never having the love of your life or having the love of your life forever (or forever not having them). In this example, never having the love of your love seems as though it would be longer than forever being with the one you love. Misery seems to last longer than happiness. Forever not having the love of your life is equal to never having them.

Never say never because never last forever

Never only begins when it initially starts.
Forever would have to be longest to excist because it started first with a never then went on forever.

The first never would be the never that last forever longest.

The nevers after the other nevers would take forever to catch up to the first start of where the very first never ever was, which would take forever.
And that would never ever happen.FOREVER!

Is it where does time begin?Or is it ,time it begins where its does.?

Thats when the cycle starts ,first never then forever.

Nither, consider this:

1. You tell a guy that you are gonna love him forever...then you jump in bed somebody else....so forever comes too soon.

2. You promise your yourself never to fall in love and very next thing you find yourself falling in love with someone...never dosent last either

Never means no existence at all.... forever exists eternally.... to last is a quality attributable to existence.... hence forever is the answer.
