dose insurace pay for it? how much dose it cost?

Some insurances do cover it. But it's up to most employers to have the plan...Go to ivfconnections.com they have a list...Ours covered the drug part and most everything up until transfer....Ours was about 5,000 out of pocket. But it's tax deductible save every thing copays ect from anything....

I think insurance pays for a certain amount but after you hit that # then it is on you and I herd it costs a couple thousand a pop

Yes it costs a lot. It depends on your insurance policy/company. Some companies don't pay for it at all.
