No country can carry just one culture.
Greek people can be very proud about ther origin. The hellenic area was conquered many times by people with a lot different culture, but most of them were "absorbed" by the hellenic culture like Romans.
The cultures that influenced most the hellenic one, were the Ottomans-they were occupying the today's hellenic area for more than 450 years- and the Franks/Venetians-after the crusade that ended with the Constantinople's occupation, many "crusaders" found the opportunity to create their one states/kingdoms in the hellenic area of the Eastern Roman Empire-.
Up until now,Hellens are using some turkish or frankish words sometimes, instead of the hellenic authentic ones, sweets that have turkish origin, habbits etc .There are even some hellenic last names which indicate that the named is coming from old hellenic places occupied from turks(Pontus,Minor Asia,Eastern Thrace) or Franks/Venetians (Ionian Islands e.g. Corfu,Kyklades e.g.Syros etc).
All cultures have influenced each other.Even the most ancient and "strong" ones have been influenced by others like the hellenic culture have.Knowing our past will help us define our future...

I'm not sure I understand your question. What do you mean by 'RACE" and 'COUNTRY' ? There is no single country nation in the world that is made up of a single 'race' with the exception maybe of extremely isolated tribes in various remote jungles around the world. Greece like all eastern civilizations is very old and very mixed both in the sense of natives and cultures. Culture like language(these two are inseparable-no language no culture). Both are evolutionary changing with time adapting evolving. Culture and language constantly change by borrowing concepts and practices form other cultures and languages. Greece for that matter today has what is generally known as a western culture. What that means is that any westerner can feel comfortable living in anyone of the western cultures/nations without a strain on their attitude towards life.
The eastern Mediterranean has been the cross roads of civilizations cultures and people since the dawn of history. That is a time span approaching 10 thousand years of mixing exchanging and incorporating religious attitudes, philosophy, political systems and of course all this through trade.

SSR above is on a roll with superb answers. And I do agree with him/her entirely. Just one little clarification: Greece has western culture. I would say the western culture has Greece as virtually all precepts of what today we consider western culture have their origins in Greece.
