I'm feel in love with a women who are elder than me (40 plus),she so good to me and so gorgeous.

there's no right or wrong answer here. age shouldn't make a difference. you can't control who you love or who you are attracted to. what's more important is that you respect each other and treat each other well.
one way of looking at it is that women statistically live longer than men and if she is older then you are more likely to have a longer relationship together. my fiance is 7 years older than me and i am constantly worried about that. statistically he would be more likely to die before me...and he has a 7 year head start!
anyway, i think that you really need to make sure that this is what you really want. she is older than you now...and she will be older than you later, too. don't let society control how you feel about her...dont' let her age (progressively) become a problem for you

Most of all, are you comfortable with her, are you happy ?
Generally mature lady takes care of husband very well.
