well, the obvious answer is to say YES, I do enjoy my work. Here are some possible reasons why. (Since you didn't say what your work was, it's hard to be specific).

I enjoy my work because I like the contact with people. Helping people makes me feel like I am doing something good.

I enjoy my work because it's challenging. I am learning new things and gaining new experience.

I enjoy my work because I like helping people. Working here gives me the chance to make people's day a little brighter.

I enjoy my work because the company is terrific. I feel like part of team and know that being part of team gives me job security.

Only YOU can say why you enjoy your work. Hopefully these answers will get your mind rolling about what YOU do.

Of course you have to say that you do, employers look for people that will fit into the workforce to be part of a whole, if you say you don't like it, they will think that you just don't like working.
If you are switching careers, say something such as " I love the work that i do, and i believe i am great at it, however, i know that i can accomplish more and be even happier in this new position", that goes even if you are leaving your previous job because you didn't like it, that way with that response they see the positiveness on you, that you like challenges and that you are ready to take on bigger and better assignments.

They are trying to see if you are a match for the position they have open. For example, if there are duties you are doing in your current job that may be present in the job you are interviewing for, and you say "no," they probably won't hire you!

Are they asking about you current work? Try to be sincere if you can. Well, do you? If you don't, get out. If you like it...you don't give enough info.
