BOOF! How will Bonser do?

Question

I am curious to see what you all think Bonser will do this year for the Twins. If you have seen him play or know anything about him, please give me a wins and era prediction for the upcoming year... go TWINS!

I like Bonser, he showed real grit in the playoffs and really bailed the Twins out last year when they were facing tough injuries. I say he will go 13-8 with an era around 4.00- 4.30. Go Twins! Go Boof!

Boof had shown both signs of brilliance and signs of being completely over his head until the final stretch of 2006 when the Twins really needed him to step up.

Boof looked lost and overwhelmed a lot in 2006, but when Liriano and Radke were down and out and someone had to step up and carry the ball for the Twins, Boof took the opportunity and impressed everyone.

He proved he really had what it takes to be not only a reliable pitcher, but a big game pitcher as well. His performance down the stretch in '06 showed why he was considered the centerpiece of the AJ Pierzynski trade that netted the Twins Liriano, Nathan and Boof back before the 2004 season.

Hopefully he takes that same success he had to finish out last season and continues to build on it. If he does I can see him being a solid 15 game winner with an ERA in the high 3s. He has tons of potential, but has been overshadowed by Liriano, Garza and Perkins...2007 may indeed be the year of Boof and personally...I hope it is!

I am not feeling the twins this year. No Liriano, no Radke doesn't bode well for the Boofster. Useless piece of trivia Boof legally changed his name to Boof from John Paul Bonser.

I watched him pitch in the playoffs and he looked pretty good so I say about 14-7 with a 3.65 era. He has a crazy curve and when he's mad his fastballs like 96 m.p.h.
