use s = 1/2 (u + v)t
Assume original position = 0.0

seconds - velocity - position
- 0 - 0.0
- 2.5 - 1.25 (= 1/2(0.0 + 2.5)(1))
- 2.5 - 3.75 (= 1.25 + 1/2(2.5 + 2.5)(1))
- 1.25 - 5.625 (= 3.75 + 1/2(2.5 + 1.25)(1))
- 0 - 6.25 (= 5.625 + 1/2(1.25 + 0)(1))
- -1.25 - 5.625 (= 6.25 + 1/2(0 - 1.25)(1))
- -2.5 - 3.75(= 5.625 + 1/2(-1.25 - 2.5)(1))
- -3.75 - 0.625(= 3.75 + 1/2(-2.5 - 3.75)(1))
- -3.75 - -3.125(= 0.625 + 1/2(-3.75 - 3.75)(1))
.5 - 0 - -4.0625(= -3.125 + 1/2(-3.75 + 0)(0.5))
- 0 - -4.0625(=-4.0625 + 1/2(0 + 0)(0.5))
- 0 - - 4.0625(=-4.0625 + 1/2(0 + 0)(1))
