Feels like a cyst burst...but last ultrasound said no more cysts very low pain so sore it hurts to walk?

Sometimes ultrasounds can miss cysts, especially if it has already burst if one has had a cyst burst. I would make an appt with the gynecologist if you have one or your primary care dr if you don't.
I had a cyst in 2002/2003 (and no it didn't burst thank goodness) that was missed by the ultrasound although my dr felt the mass. It wasn't til my surgery in Feb 2003 to check the status of my endometriosis that one of the things she found in there was a functional cyst that was the size of 4 cm. She drained it.

That definately can't be good! Maybe it is something else? I would check further into it! Good Luck:)
