download the software TRILLIAN and you can chat in all of them at the same time. you can get trillian in download.com. its free to

On there you will see Meebo instant messenger, that allows you to use your browser to chat.
In the new version of Trillian (that is now in development) someone will be able to chat in Yahoo, MSN, ICQ, IRC, Google and Skype. I am not sure when it will be released.
