Shipping it would cost a lot of money, if you can find a way to do it.
Best bet,. go to Cleveland and drive it home.
Second best, have a good friend in Cleveland who will drive t out, if you fly him home???

I'm seeing alot of people saying have a friend drive it there. Problem with that is if hes not covered under your car and he gets into an accident. Then your car is worth nothing. You have 2 options. Try to sell your car for the full amount you have left on your loan and buy a new one where you are. Or you can go out and pick it up and drive it to where you are. I wouldn't have it shipped cause if something happens to it. They are responsible for they damages they might do.

After you check into the cost of registering your car in CA and possibly upgrading the emissions to meet CA standards, the cost of insurance in CA, particularly LA, I think the answer will really be a no-brainer.

NO, sell it and buy another one like it,you probably owe more than its worth and the price of fuel to drive it to LA or to ship it,and then you would have to smog it ,pay sales tax, license,CA dosn't like out of state cars, they will make a beliver of you.

you may desire to deliver it, or have it transported by utilising a driveaway service. The driveaway business enterprise famous somebody who needs to flow from Cleveland to la, and engages that individual to force the automobile. You pay a million/2 the cost to the business enterprise up front, and the different a million/2 to the motive force while he grants the automobile. this could be greater cost-effective than transport.

You can fly to Cleveland and drive it to CA if you have time, or you can have a friend drive it over and then fly him/her back to OH.

You're paying for a car you're not using. Low miles or not, it's still losing value faster than you're USING it.

If I were in your position, I doubt I'd even OWN a car.

as long as it is a california emission compliant go ahead, if it is not you will need to license it somewhere else.
