Nothing is now. I was afraid to step out there and change careers, but I am so happy that I did. It was the best choice I ever made and I really am living my dream. I have a great career from home working with an awsome company. I get to set my own hours, raise my kids while still supporting them and I love what I do. I get to help other people do what I do on a daily basis and I find that very rewarding. I love helping others, and now I get paid to do it. I would be happy to share more details

The only one that can stop one from making their dreams come true is them self.

Me. I'm afraid of becoming more successful than my wildest dreams. I grew up hearing that I wouldn't be much in life and I think I really got comfortable with that thought. I'm trying though :)

An unjust economic system, which keeps the most of us - the working class - poor and in servitude to the rich. Spending our days labouring and hoping to one day get ahead and reach our dreams.

The dreams are part of what keeps us working, and are constantly fed by media advertising.

I had a career I enjoyed alot, but after 25 years my health had suffered too much for them to keep me on, so they let me go. I am planning to go back to work again, but first I need to rest and get healthy again.

Many things waylay you: impatience, fear, laziness, boredom, and other things.
But mainly, I'd say perspective. What one person says and claims it to be true (say, very harsh criticism), other people will oftentimes be forced to believe and accept.
And that is what stops you.
