Guess what? he may be guilty of something and may face prison time. If that's the case, then we bash him. It's called innocent until proven guilty, and keep your damned OPINIONS to yourself. If you answer this question, answer it with some intelligence. One again: Why are we assuming PacMan is guilty of anything? If you and your brother went to a strip club and a fight broke out and then a shooting in which your brother shoot someone, we wouldn't yell about you.

Yes, PacMan plays for the Titans, at which point those that didn't bother to read anything about football lately will leave. Also, guess what? He may be guilty. Until then however, you have to assume he is innocent.

well there were alot of witnesses that saw him slam the dancers head into the stage and then hit her this is a ALLEGED though just like you said so if anything thats all i think he will have to contest because he absolutely didn't shoot anyone but iam sure it was driven by him it is his posse in the end he probably will be suspended or sentenced to something cause of his past troubles. his girlfriend also bashed the bouncer that was restraining him with a champagne bottle over the head who knows how it will all turn out but iam glad that you stick to your guns that its innocent until proven guilty and he is a hell of a kick returner and athletes get away with alot especially if they are good. i think when you get paid that amount of $$$ you automatically get additional responsibilities off the field for god sakes he had 80 grand on him we will see how it turns out.

First off, he's a celebrity which means that any scandal is treated with as much distaste as possible.

Second, unlike...say the Michael Jackson child molestation charges...there were numerous witnesses, so the bad side of the story has some serious credibility. BTW, not saying MJ was guilty or not, just using the example where there is no proof given to the public (not that there should have been) yet we find him guilty anyway.

Third, I seem to recall a certain Baltimore linebacker who was involved in a murder case sometime back...I want to say similar situation in a public place with lots of witnesses. He, however, seems to have gotten off that charge without so much as a slap on the wrist...so people don't trust athletes where such crimes are concerned.

Answer this for me smart guy. How in the heck is a man with $81,000 in cash at a STRIP CLUB INNOCENT? What kind of assbag takes that kind of cash ANYWHERE, let alone a tittiebar unless he's up to no good? And don't give me that BS about him having the money and yada yada yada. It won't cut it! Sure, there might be the sainted few with that kind of cash doing honest things like buying a car and etc., but this is a guy with a HISTORY of stupid things stemming from his seeming inability to control his temper and make rational judgments! Innocent, my fat butt! You're right about one thing though. If me and my brother were at a tittiebar and pulled that stunt, no one would yell about us, because we wouldn't have the "clout" his money has earned him instead of his attitude. We'd be under the jail by sunrise! This is the very reason the Titans need to pay him the 5.4 million it would take to cut his miserable butt and find someone with the MENTALITY and TEMPERMENT for the game! I hope he finds redemption somewhere, but he needs to get out of football for a while to find it, and not take the overly tolerant Titan franchise with him! They have enough trouble to deal with without having to kiss his (PUNKMAN'S) butt and explain to the media in nashville and the NFL commissioner's office what's going on! Good riddance to bad rubbish is what I say!

I hate these stories as I am a huge WVU fan, and ever since Chris Henry and him left the only real time they are in the news is being arrested. However, it appears that the police are not looking at him as suspect at this time. However, even if he didn't do anything to go to jail for the whole thing was essentially his fault. You don't take $83,000 and throw it on strippers and not expect them to want to pick up the money, that is whole reason they are strippers. I think Pacman needs a wakeup call, not 6 million probations, to grow up and realize that you are making millions of dollars there is no reason to go around with a possie with guns and act like a fool.

Sorry I can't answer because I am supposed to keep my opinion to myself. Oh I guess you meant my opinion about his GUILT OR INNOCENCE not in general. In that case the reason he is assumed guilty is because EVERYONE is. Yeah I know in America you are Innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. That is what the LAW says. Public opinion says you are guilty until proven not guilty in a court of law. Also look at his rap sheet. He has a history of being a trouble maker and the public remembers that.

It is because of the "image" problems that the NFL and sports leagues in general are having. Players of all sports are putting themselves in bad situations that can easily be avoided if they just used common sense. Take the NFL 9 players on 1 team were arrested this year, a few of them several times, its gets hard to not assume he is guilty when that is the image that media gives people about these guys and honestly it is their own faults. They need to grow up and learn to stay the hell out of trouble or atleast distance themselves from people that could put them in a bad situation.

*Edit*- You would think that that after the loss of Darrent Williams these guys would smarten up and make better choices.

Let's see, he was throwing $81,000 at some strippers and told some security guards to "back off" while reaching behind his back....giving the impression he was going to pull out a weapon on them. Oh and did I mention there was a camera that caught all this crazy stuff that was going on at the time.

He's faced criminal charges THREE TIMES since joining the Titans in 2005, ironically enough all incidents were at nightclubs. Coincidence, I think not. And on top of that he was told by a judge that in order to have his criminal record cleared from his last charge he needed to stay out of trouble until at least July 5th. I've worked with troubled kids/young adults for almost 10 years now and know enough to see that there's a pattern of negative behavior here. If we're "assuming" anything it's because he's shown a pattern of this kind of behavior, particularly in nightclubs, in the past.

And as far as my opinion, it's called freedom of speech baby. If you didn't want to hear anyone's opinion based on this story, then you shouldn't have asked for it.

Whether or not he's guilty this time is somewhat irrelevant. What he is guilty of is criminal stupidity. He's already been told by a judge that he has to stay on the right side of the law to have a prior GUILTY conviction expunged from his record. So this genius goes to a strip club (allegedly), throws 80G's around (allegedly), and gets involved in a fight where someone gets shot (allegedly). If he (allegedly) had a brain in his thick bucket, he wouldn't put himself in a position to (allegedly) get into trouble, but (allegedly) that's asking too much. I'm not saying he's guilty, I'm saying regardless of whether he broke the law or not, he's a moron.

He does have a history. Three times his been in trouble in 2 years!! Although I think he's a good player, he can't keep this up. He may be guilty, he may not. I hope he's not, but you never know with Pac-Man. if he is guilty, I think the Titans are going to cut him. But you never know.

He is innocent until provn guilty in the court. I remain that way until a judge announces another way. Maybe because the Titans are just looking for publicity.

There is no assumtion jerk ***...he is on camera in the strip club attacking a stripper and fighting with a bouncer....with the guy who did the shooting. Quit defending scum bags like Jones....dude's been arrested or almost arressted 8 times since 2003. He's a waste of oxygen and deserves to be in jail, not the NFL.
