A Newsletter comes out once a week/ once a month or 4 times a year.

A newsletter has the current news, events, up coming events, and high lights the past events. IF this were a newsletter for preschool, it would come out monthly, with the things the kids are doing, news about the teachers, and community activities.
Holiday breaks, etc.
Many people would contribute to this newsletter.

And introduction Mail-- would be like a piece of mail from a company or person introducing themselves to you prior to your coodinated arranged visit.

An Introduction mail --Example-- like from a preschool.
whould state , hi we are expecting you and Sally-jo on such and such date at this time. Please be sure you have ____forms with you and her updated shot records.
we are looking forward to meeting you.

Or an introductory letter to see if you are interested in meeting them. I'm assuming a school, a family.

IM me if you need more info

Namasty / Hi,
The difference between a newsletter and an introduction mail is that In newsletter we can show the information regarding the product or anything, you can call it information sheet / news sheet / circular / or bulletin and in an Introduction mail we introduce our firm/company or anything to other new person.
That's it and i hope that this is the best and simple answer that i can give you.
Thanks.
Shari
