I assume you have tried to contact the electrician without success. If the electrician has not completed the job, but has been paid for it, contact your town's building inspector, and find out if the electrician is licensed in the town. If yes, lodge a complaint. If the town requires contractors to be licensed, but this person is not licensed, inform the inspector. Many towns take a hard line against folks who work without a license. You can also contact the local Better Business Bureau and Chamber of Commerce to lodge complaints. To get the work completed, hire an electrical contractor who has been in business for several years.

If he charged you to much money maybe he is ashamed of himself for doing so. If you find him throw water on him it will give a real charge to think about. Ha Ha , just kidding. I would look for another electrician that takes pride in his work and stays until the job is complete.
