I have used both, but my personal best is the liquid. Fast and easy to mix and no clumps.

I would say liquid, because all you do is open the can, and one 13 ounce can will make 5, six ounce bottles, I'm not sure how old your baby is, but that's what we use for my nephew..

But my cousin uses the powder, she says it's good, but I've seen some of her son's bottle become clumpy, I know all you have to do is shake it, but I find the liquid is fine, all you have to do is boil a pan of water, and pour half the amount of formula in the bottle then fill it with half water, you have to use an equal amount of water as to the formula, after you get it down it won't even take more than 5 minutes to make bottles.. So it's not very time consuming..

Also to what basic said, you don't waste any formula from the liquid cans, because you don't use a whole can to make one bottle, you make a few bottles at a time, and put them in the refrigerator, and then when baby is hungry you either put it in a pan of water and put it on the stove to heat, which takes a few minutes, and I'm sure you've been told NEVER to put a bottle in the microwave, this is NOT true, we asked my nephew's pediatrician, he said it's perfectly safe as long as you take the cap and nipple off the bottle and only put it on for about 30 seconds depending on how cold the bottle is, if it gets too hot just cool it off in a cup of cold water..

Good Luck.. :)

Well I was told by my the doctor that it's up to a parent but powder formula is better because you mix it with water that's what my baby takes and it clumps up if you put the formula first and then the water, personally I put some water then the formula and then the rest of the water and shake it good and it's ready and besides it more convenient when you leave the house.

I personally like the liquid better with the powder sometimes it seems to clump up and you get so much air in the bottle from shaking it up then you have fussy and gassy baby no fun good luck to you

it all depends on the convience for you. the liquid ones are more expensive because you just pop it open and feed it to the little one but keep in mind you have to throw away the rest if their not done with it. powdered ones are good also. the only thing that you need is to bring water along with you to make the formula. good luck.

I use ready to feed liquid (you don't mix it, you just pour it into bottles) and it is awesome. And if you shop around, it is actually not that much more expensive. If you have the money, definitely try that. It has kept me sane.
